The Alexander Technique is a learnt technique which helps us to move through life with greater physical ease and less mental and emotional stress. In short it can promote our general sense of wellbeing.
The Alexander Technique has been found to be beneficial for sufferers of back, neck or other muscular skeletal pain and to improve respiratory function and physical balance.
It is widely used by performers: actors, dancers, musicians… and by athletes both professional and recreational.
At the moment I am not teaching indoors but I am very happy to meet outdoors for walking or running based lessons
